In a coastal location with uninterrupted views of the Summer Isles, this traditional stone croft house has been fully modernised to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Originally built in the 1880s, the house has been modernised with double glazing and central heating throughout. Some of the original stone walls are featured and are complemented with the use of natural pine.

Full access is available to the enclosed croft land around the house, where, naturally, pets must be kept under strict control.

There is a local shop 1 mile away and the well known Summer Isles Hotel and pub is just 0.5miles away.

Accommodation Details

The accommodation comprises one double and one twin bedroom, two sitting rooms, a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The house is all electric and is fed from a one pound coin meter. There is also a wood burning stove, Rayburn, electric cooker, fridge freezer, TV and video, automatic washing machine and microwave. All linen and towels are provided.

Rates

The house is available all year round and all rates are inclusive of an initial supply of solid fuel. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday with nightly rates available off season by arrangement.
