Shops The area is well served with local shops, you can get everything you'll need for your stay right here. Achiltibuie Stores Located in the village of Achiltibuie, the shop has a range of groceries with fresh milk and bakeries delivered regularly. The shop is also licensed for wines, beers and spirits. Polbain Stores The other shop is in Polbain and again provides a full range of groceries and is fully licensed. There is also a surprisingly large stock of hardware, clothing and other items. Daily papers, magazines, CDs and books are also available along with a free delivery services. Coigach Craft Shop Just along from Polbain Stores is the Coigach Craft Shop which stocks locally made crafts, toys, gifts and knitwear. You can also get tea & coffee. The Post Office Situated in the middle of Achiltibuie, the Post Office supplies the usual range of items but also has a good selection of videos for hire The Summer Isles Foods Smokehouse The Achiltibuie Smokehouse is in Altandhu where you can purchase a range of smoked goods - you may have come across these items already as they are stocked in a number of well known shops throughout the country.
